Dit hotel ligt op een geweldige locatie, maar is zeer gedateerd. Er wordt zeker moeite gedaan om de 5 sterren waar te maken door veel staf en goede service te bieden, maar de kern is armoedig en gedateerd. Het geluid van de TV van de buurkamer dat letterlijk te horen was in onze kamer was wel een enorme deceptie en onacceptabel voor een kamer van dit prijsniveau. Het restaurant en de service was erg goed met een sommelier die zeer sterk was in zijn locale wijnen. De gym was een combi van buiten en binnen wat eigenlijk wel leuk was. Binnen was wel wat somber met slechte verlichting die te weinig was en dat wat er was was spierwit. Alles bij elkaar was de price/value niet goed. Het hotel is zeer dringend aan een upgrade toe en maakt de prijs die men vraagt in het geheel niet waar. Overigens doet dat niets af aan de zeer service gerichte en vriendelijk staf, maar zij kunnen niet op eigen kracht het fundament dat niet in orde is compenseren.

Tutta l'esperienza è stata eccellente, dalle sistemazioni, al cibo e al servizio del personale. L'arredamento delle camere è eccellente e la vista dal balcone della camera è mozzafiato. Tutti ti accolgono molto bene e sono gentili e disponibili. La spiaggia, sebbene piccola, è tranquilla e accogliente.

Quel plaisir de se retrouver dans cette Maison magnifique de la Costa Smeralda. Une nature luxuriante et une vue imprenable sur la Mer. Un des rare hôtel à posséder sa propre plage privée sur site. Les équipes sont d'une gentillesse et d'un professionnalisme incroyable. Nous avons déjà hâgte d'y retourner.

Uma experiência maravilhosa! Sem dúvida, o melhor hotel onde já estive. Perfeito para uma estadia romântica! Os funcionários, todos sem excepção, são de uma educação, simpatia e cuidado sem igual. Desde o manager, que tivemos o prazer de conhecer, até à senhora que limpava o quarto, passando por todos os funcionários do restaurante, bar, spa e praia. Hotel muito bem cuidado, com um restaurante fabuloso, uns jardins irrepreensivelmente bem tratados. A comida do restaurante é divinal e a carta de vinhos é soberba. Certamente, um local que vou recomendar a todos e voltaremos, com toda a certeza.

My wife and I travel a lot. Visiting nice places. Yet very very rarely we see a place, which is perfect. But hotel Pitrizza is such a place. Perfectly run place, with very attentive yet not at all intrusive staff - from the reception, restaurants, gym and beach service, room service and concierge. The place itself and its location were also fantastic. Best equipment everywhere. Fantastic and very private beach. I red the Google reviews about of the restaurant and we were surprised about some of the low ratings and comments. We very much disagree. The food was Michelin-star grade and the service also. Yes, priced accordingly. But the experience from every visit and every meal was great. If you like perfection and quality, this is the place to go. Jan (Prague)

The beach, the personnel, the food were all very good, we particularly liked the fact that this hotel doesn't harass its guests with music at the beach which became unfortunately common these days.
